Operations Management

The backoffice service enables operations listing through the visualization of an operations table with filtering and paging capabilities, data consulting and editing of details and status, documents previews, and a monthly consumptions dashboard.

How to consult operations

Once you have logged in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Operations” icon option on the left side menu.

Filtering the operations list

The operations list displayed can be filtered by client service, status, type, external reference, document name and creation date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.

Partner and Administrator operators can also filter by issuer or partner company.

How to check operation details

While consulting the operations list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific operation. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target operation.

You will automatically navigate to the operation details page, where three groups of details are displayed:

  • General information about the operation.

  • Details about the documents folder.

  • List of documents involved in the operation.

How to check document details

It is also possible to check the details of each document in the documents list. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target document.

You will automatically navigate to the document details page, where various details are displayed and a preview of the document below them is shown.

If the document isn’t a PDF file, the preview will not be available. For example, an XML or other binary files.
