Partner Activation
Activate a partner company
Upon a new Sign’Stash subscription as a partner company, a default Administrator operator will receive a notification via e-mail in order to further validate and confirm the provided information in the new subscription.
Next, the Administrator operator will access the backoffice service to activate the partner company and its operators. To do this the Administrator operator needs to execute the following steps:
Access the “Partners“ option in the left side menu and next access the details of the registered partner company.
Click in the “Active“ chip to execute the state transition of the partner company.
While activating the registered partner company, its operators' states are automatically changed to “Active”, and an e-mail with the operator account creation notification is sent to the Partner operator as explained on the Creation and Activation | Create an operator page.
Partner company status
A partner company can be in different states during its lifetime:
Registered: state after the Sign’Stash subscription and partner creation.
Active: state in which all associated client services are fully operational.
Suspended: state in which functionalities from all associated client services are disabled, but respective operators can enter in the backoffice.
Blocked: state in which functionalities from all associated client services are disabled, and respective operators are restricted from entering the backoffice.
Deleted: state in which the partner company is deleted from the backoffice service.
The image below describes the possible state transitions between these states.
The transition from “Active” to “Suspended” is restricted to Partner operators, and the transition from “Active” to “Blocked” and from “Blocked” to “Deleted” is restricted to Administrator operators.
Changing partner company status
To change a partner company status, you need to access its detail and click in the chip with the target state.
When transiting from “Blocked” or “Suspended” to “Active”, a new activation e-mail will be sent to the company and its respective operators.
