The backoffice service enables issuer companies listing through the visualization of an issuers companies table with filtering and paging capabilities; data consulting and editing of details and status; and access to company-related resources - such as operators and client services.
How to consult issuer companies
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Issuers” option on the left side menu.
Filtering the issuers list

The presented issuers' list displayed cannot be filtered unless you are as an Issuer operator, only as a Partner or Administrator operator, which who can filter the list by issuer and partner company, name or , and creation date. This is due to the fact that an Issuer operator can only see its associated issuer companies. |
How to check issuer company details
While consulting the issuer companies list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific issuer company. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target issuer company.
You will automatically navigate to the issuer company details page, where various details are displayed - such as the issuer code, name, e-mail, invoice address, configuration language, and company status.
