How to consult issuer companies
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Issuers” option on the left side menu.

The issuers' issuer companies list displayed cannot be filtered as an Issuer operator, only as a Partner or Administrator operator, who can filter by issuer and partner company, name, and creation date. |
How to check issuer company details
While consulting the issuer companies list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific issuer company. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target issuer company.
You will automatically navigate to the issuer company details page, where various details are displayed - such as the issuer code, name, e-mail, invoice address, configuration language, and company status.
