The home page To consult operation consumptions of your client services in the backoffice service you must access the dashboard existing in the home page. This dashboard enables the user to visualize daily and monthly consumptions about client services and their respective operations.

The dashboard page is only available for users with ISSUER or PARTNER role, otherwise a simple welcome page is shown. |

Login in the backoffice with your operator account and you will be automatically redirected to the home page, where the dashboard is presented. To access this home page from anywhere in the backoffice service, you can access the “Home” icon.

The dashboard content presented is divided in two groups of information:
Total counts: where is presented the number of total operations in the current month and the number of total active client services.
Note: If the user has PARTNER role, allclient services
are counted, independently of their status.
In the case of total operations is also presented a small chip indicating the perceptual increase relative the previous month.
Charts: where is presented the number of operations per month from the last 6 months and the number of operations per day from the last 30 days.
In the case of operations per day is also presented the average.

The charts presented are interactive in the way that we can see more information when the mouse hovers above them. These effects can be seen in the images below.
For operators with PARTNER role, all client services are counted, independently of their status. |
