The backoffice service enables the operators listing through the visualization of an operators table with filtering and paging capabilities, operators personal data and status editing and redefinition of credentials.

Given the four roles supported, the operators list is in fact separated in four individual lists.

How to consult operators

Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Operators > <role>” option, where <role> is one of the sub options presented shown after clicking the “Operators” option.

Note

The sub options presented in the “Operators” dropdown change according the role of the current operator. In this case, the printscreen image above is from the perspective of an operator with Issuer role, which can only consult operators with Issuer or Auditor rolethe same role or a lower role (i.e, Auditor). If it was an operator with a different higher role, such as Partner or Administrator, the sub-options could be moreinclude the list of operators with those roles.

Filtering

The operators list presented can be queried with multiple filters (in this case, username, name, status and creation date). You just need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, and the result of the query requested will be reproduced immediately in the list. It is also possible to clear all filters in the “Clear filters“ link below the “Search” button.
