The backoffice service enables the client services listing through the visualization of a client services table with filtering and paging capabilities, client service data consulting and editing of details and status editing, and configurations customization and testing of configurations.
How to consult client services
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Client Services” option on the left side menu.

How to check client service details
While consulting the client services list, it is possible to check the detail of specific client service. To do this, you just need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target client service.
Image RemovedImage AddedYou will automatically navigate to the client service details page, where various details are displayed - such as the alias, the issuer and partner company, the associated certificate, the creation date, the configuration language configured and the client service status.

To consult the general configurations, you need to click the “Customization” dropdown menu on the client services details, selecting the “General Configurations“ option.
