The backoffice service enables client services listing through the visualization of a client services table with filtering and paging capabilities; , data consulting and editing of details and status, and configurations customization and testing.

How to consult client services

Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Client Services” option on the left side menu.

Filtering the client services list

The presented client services list cannot be filtered unless you are a Partner or Administrator operator, which can filter the list by issuer company. This is due to the fact that an issuer operator can only see its associated client services.

How to check client service details

While consulting the client services list, it is possible to check the detail of specific client service. To do this, you just need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target client service.

You will automatically navigate to the client service details page, where various details are displayed - such as the alias, issuer and partner company, associated certificate, creation date, configuration language, and service status.

Consult general configurations

To consult the general configurations, you need to click the “Customization” dropdown menu on the client services details, selecting the “General Configurations“ option.
