The backoffice service enables client services listing through the visualization of a client services table with filtering and paging capabilities, data consulting and editing of details and status, and configurations customization and testing.

How to consult client services

Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Client Services” option on the left side menu.

Filtering the client services list

The client services list displayed cannot be filtered as an Issuer operator, only as a Partner or Administrator operator, who can filter the list by issuer company.

How to check client service details

While consulting the client services list, it is possible to check the detail of specific client service. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target client service.

You will automatically navigate to the client service details page, where various details are displayed - such as the alias, issuer and partner company, associated certificate, creation date, configuration language, and service status.

Defining a custom SMTP server

While consulting the client services details, it is possible to configure the SMTP setting to use an email server of the client service or re-set it to the default SMTP server. To do this, you need to press the “Customization” button and then “General configurations“ in the upper right corner of the page, as shown below.

Then, you must choose to edit the SMTP option and a form will be shown so that you can fill it with the necessary values to enable the custom SMTP server feature or, using the 'Use system SMTP', reset this settings to its default value.
