Activate an issuer company
In the Creation and Activation page is already described how to activate an issuer company after its subscription on the Sign’Stash.
Issuer company status
An issuer company can be in different states during its lifetime:
Registered: state after the Sign’Stash subscription.
Active: state in which the issuer is fully operational.
Suspended: state in which the issuer is disabled from interacting with the backoffice features.
Blocked: state in which the issuer is prohibited from accessing the backoffice.
Deleted: state in which the issuer is deleted from the backoffice service.
The image below describes the possible state transitions between these states.

The transition from Active “Active” to Suspended “Suspended” is restricted to operators with Issuer role and the transition from Active “Active” to Blocked “Blocked” and from Blocked “Blocked” to Deleted “Deleted” is restricted to operators with Partner or Administrator roles. |
Changing issuer company status
To change an issuer company status you just need to access its detail and click in the chip with the desired state to transit to.

When transiting from Blocked “Blocked” or Suspended “Suspended” to Active“Active”, a new activation e-mail will be sent to the company and its respective operators. |
