Creation and Activation

Create an operator

While logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Operators > <role> > Add operator” option.

In the “New Operator“ panel you will need to:

  • define the operator e-mail and name.

As a Partner or Administrator operator, it will also be possible to select the company associated with the operator if it has the Issuer, Partner, or Auditor role.

After pressing the “Save“ button, the operator is created in the system, and it will receive an e-mail with the notification of operator account creation.

Following the provided link, the new operator will be required to define its account password in order to access the issuer company information available in the backoffice.

If the operator credentials are not defined within the defined period stated in the notification mail, then you can execute a “forget password” flow to request a new link.

When creating an operator of any role via backoffice, the operator is already in the active state and therefore it is not required to activate the operator manually.

Activate an operator

Upon a new Sign’Stash subscription, the partner operator associated with the issuer company (or the default partner) will receive a notification via e-mail in order to further validate and confirm the provided information in the new subscription.

Next, the partner operator will access the backoffice service to activate the issuer company and its operators. To do this, you need to execute the following steps:

  1. Access the “Issuers“ option in the left side menu and next access the details of the registered issuer company.

  2. Click in the “Active“ chip to execute the state transition of the issuer company.

Operator status

The backoffice operators can be in different states during their lifetime in the system:

  • Registered: state after the Sign’Stash subscription.

  • Active: state in which the operator has access to his backoffice functionalities.

  • Suspended: state in which the operator has its backoffice functionalities disabled.

  • Blocked: state in which the operator is restricted from entering the backoffice.

  • Deleted: state in which the operator is deleted from the backoffice service.

The image below describes the possible state transitions between these states.

Changing operator status

To change an operator status, you need to access its detail and click in the chip with the target state.
