Reports Management
The backoffice service enables reports listing through the visualization of a reports table with filtering and paging capabilities and details consulting.
These functionalities are only available for Partner and Administrator operators.
How to consult reports
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Reports” option in the left side menu.
Filtering the reports list
The reports list displayed can be filtered by alias and registration date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.
An Administrator operator can also filter by partner company.
How to check report details
While consulting the reports list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific report. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target report.
You will automatically navigate to the report details page, where various details are displayed - such as the report id, partner code, alias, description, and registration date.
