Configure Issuer Usage Limit
This section describes how to configure and consult the limits used to control the signatures acquired by a issuer company.
Configure usage limit
To configure an usage limit for a given issuer, you must access “Issuers> Detail“ and press the “Edit” button.
This functionality is available for Administrator and Reseller Partner operators.
The signature usage count is updated daily. Please consider the “Signatures consumption last update“ info regarding the last usage count update.
Below the general data form, you will have a section dedicated to configuring the limit information. The following fields are required:
the number of signatures acquired by the issuer company;
the period during which the signatures are available.
All fields must be defined in order to finish setting up the limits configuration.
Consult limit configuration
When a limit is successfully configured for a issuer company, its information will appear below the general details card.
If the limit is not configured, an alert message will be presented. This alert will not prevent the correct usage of the service.
For Issuer operators, its available a progress chart with the signatures consumption and limit configuration in the home dashboard.
E-mail notifications
When the limit configuration is about to expire, due to time expiration or the signatures usage count is almost reached, the person responsible for the issuer company and its operators will receive an e-mail containing the limit information.
The associated Reseller Partner and Administrator operator will also receive this e-mail notification.
After the number of signatures is exceeded or the period expires, the reseller partner responsible and administrator operator will receive an e-mail containing the list of issuers with limit configuration expired.
Control notification
Currently, when an issuer or partner exceeds the configured limit, they receive automated warning emails to notify them of the situation. To disable these recurring alerts, the administrator or partner can manage this through the notification control feature. This option is available in the same section where limits are configured: navigate to "Issuers > Detail", then click the "Edit" button. Simply toggle the switch, as shown in the image below, to enable or disable the alerts.
