Consumption Management
The backoffice service enables signatures listing through the visualization of signatures tables with filtering and paging capabilities, data consulting and documents previews when applicable.
The signatures are divided in two types: documents and hashes.
How to consult document signatures
Once you have logged in the backoffice service with your operator account, access the “Consumptions> Documents” option on the left side menu.
Filtering the documents list
The documents list displayed can be filtered by client service, status, external reference, document name and reception date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.
Reception date filter only accepts search periods with a maximum of 90 days.
Partner and Administrator operators can also filter by issuer or partner company.
Extracting the documents list
Consulting the list of documents it is possible to extract all the information presented in CSV format. To do this, you need to go down to the bottom of the list of documents and press the download icon next to the table row counter.
Checking document details
While consulting the documents list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific document signature. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target document.
You will automatically navigate to the document details page, where various details are displayed and a preview of the document below them is shown.
If the document isn’t a PDF file, the preview will not be available. For example, an XML or other binary files.
How to consult hash signatures

The hashes list displayed can be filtered by client service, status, external reference and reception date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.

While consulting the hashes list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific hash signature. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target hash.
You will automatically navigate to the hash details page, where various details are displayed.
