An issuer company can be in different states during its lifetime in the system:

  • Active: state in which all associated client services are fully operational.

  • Suspended: state in which functionalities from all associated client services are disabled, but respective operators can enter in the back officebackoffice.

  • Blocked: state in which functionalities from all associated client services are disabled, and respective operators are restricted from entering the backoffice.

  • Deleted: state in which the issuer company is deleted from the backoffice service.

The image below describes the possible state transitions between these states.
