The Dashboard or home page enables the current and monthly data To consult operation consumptions of your client services in the backoffice service, you must access the dashboard existing on the home page. This dashboard enables the user to visualize daily and monthly consumptions about client services and their respective operations if the user has the role ISSUER or PARTNER.

TheHow to consult dashboard
Login in the backoffice with your operator account and you will automatically navigate to the home page where the dashboard is displayed. To access this home page from other places of the backoffice, you can access the “Home” icon on the left side menu.
Image AddedThe dashboard content presented is divided in two groups of information: total counts and charts. In total counts we present the number of total operations
Total counts: where is presented the total number of operations in the current month and the total number of active client services.
In the case of operations, it also displays a small chip indicating the percentage increase concerning the previous month.
Charts: where is presented the number of operations per month from the last 6 months and the number of operations per day from the last 30 days.
In the case of operations per day, it also displays the average.

As a Partner operator, all client services are counted independently of their status. |
