Verify receivers reception status

In order to consult receivers reception status, you will need to access “Operations > Detail”. The information regarding the receiver’s e-mails and its reception status is displayed in the “Delivery status“ property of the second details card.

The reception status can be one of the following:

• Waiting: delivery is registered but has not been executed.

• Sent: notification was sent to person, but a reception has not yet been confirmed.

• Received: person has confirmed document reception.

• Pending resend: an error occurred when sending the notification the system will retry later.

• Send error: sending error retries has reached its limit. Notification was not sent and system will not retry.
