Activate an issuer company
In the Creation and Activation page is already described how to activate an issuer company after its subscription on the Sign’Stash.
Issuer status
An issuer company can be in different states during its lifetime:
Registered: state after the Sign’Stash subscription.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Active: state after the operator creation via backoffice or the issuer company activation.
Suspended: state in which the operator is disabled from interacting with the backoffice features.
Blocked: state in which the operator is prohibited from accessing the backoffice.
Deleted: state in which the operator is deleted from the backoffice service.
The image below describes the possible state transitions between these states.
The transition from Active to Suspended is restricted to operators with Issuer role and the transition from Active to Blocked and from Blocked to Deleted is restricted to the operators with Partner or Administrator roles.
Changing issuer company status
To change an issuer company status you just need to access its detail and click in the chip with the desired state to transit to.
