Besides editing the client service data and status, it is also possible to customize the visual templates used for the communication of your service and its general configurations.

Customize visual templates

To customize the visual communication templates, you will need to execute the following steps:

  1. Access “Client Services > Detail” and click the “Customization” dropdown menu, selecting the “Visual templates“ option.

You will automatically navigate to the visual templates page, where three types of templates are displayed:

  • Portal layout: CSS and logo for portal client.

  • E-mail communications: e-mail template of new electronic invoice available for consult.

  • Digital Signature: text template for visual signature information.

2. Press the pencil icon on the “Actions” column of the target template to change or customize and update the name, the description or the content file.

E-mail communications and digital signatures templates support also subject and signature value update, respectively.

Digital Signatures templates don’t support content file update.

Download visual templates

While on visual templates list, you can download the configured visual templates. To do this you just need to press the download icon of the target template.

Consult general configurations

To consult the general configurations, you just need to click the “Customization” dropdown menu on the client services details, selecting the “General Configurations“ option.

You will automatically navigate to the general configurations page, where there are various types of configurations.

General configurations editing is not available for Issuer or Partner operators, only for Administrator operators.
