When subscribing to Sign’Stash through the Portal as an issuer, a client service is automatically created. However, it is also possible to create client services manually from the backoffice service.

This functionality is restricted for Partner and Administrator operators.

Create a client service

While logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Client Services > Add client service” option.

In the “New client service“ panel you will need to:

  • select the issuer company associated with the client service.

  • select a subscription bundle.

  • define some additional information (optional).

  • select the configuration language for the service.

An Administrator operator also can select the partner company responsible for the client service.

Congratulations !! You have created a client service with success.
