Any operator can change its data or other operator’s data if both are from the same company or associated companies, and have the same role or the target operator has a lower role.
For example, a Partner operator can change the data of an Issuer operator, but the opposite is not possible.
Change operator personal data
To change your data, you can access your profile details page and press the “Edit” button.
At this moment, the unique data property enabled to change its the “Name” property.
Since your operator also appears in the operators list, you can also edit your data from there, by accessing your details through the eye icon.
To change another operator’s data, you need to access “Operators > <role>” option and press the eye icon of the target operator to navigate to the operator details where the “Edit“ button is (as explained in Operators Management ).
Redefine operator credentials
To redefine your operator credentials, you need to access your profile details page and press the “Set credentials” button.
You will first need to introduce your old credentials to authenticate yourself again before defining a new one.
As mentioned in Operators Management , this “Set credentials“ option is only available in the “Profile“ icon. As such, you can’t redefine other operator’s credentials.
