How to consult operators
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Operators > <role>” option, where <role> is one of the sub-options shown after clicking the “Operators” option.

The sub-options presented in the “Operators” dropdown change according to the role of the current operator. In this case, the image above is from the perspective of an Issuer operator with Issuer role, which can only consult operators with the same role or a managed or lower role (i.e , Auditor). If it was an operator with a higher role, such as a Partner or Administrator, the sub-options could include the operators list with those roles. |
Filtering the operators list
The presented operators list displayed can be queried with multiple filters (in this case, filtered by username, name, status, and creation date). You just . To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, and next the result of the requested query requested will be reproduced immediately in the listdisplayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters in with the “Clear filters“ link hyperlink below the “Search” button.

How to check operator details
While consulting the operators list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific operator. To do this, you just need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target operator.
You will automatically navigate to the operator details page, where various details are displayed - such as the company, role, e-mail, name, creation date, and operator status.
Besides consulting informing the details of a specific operator, it is also possible to consult your own details or profile. To do this, you can access the “Profile“ icon option in the left side menu or the “Profile“ option in the right top corner menu.
