The backoffice service enables operators listing through the visualization of an operator’s table with filtering and paging capabilities; data consulting and editing of details and status; and credentials redefinition.
Given the four roles supported, the operators list is in fact separated in four individual lists.
How to consult operators
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Operators > <role>” option, where <role> is one of the sub options shown after clicking the “Operators” option.
The sub options presented in the “Operators” dropdown change according the role of the current operator. In this case, the image above is from the perspective of an operator with Issuer role, which can only consult operators with the same role or a lower role (i.e, Auditor). If it was an operator with a higher role, such as Partner or Administrator, the sub-options could include the operators list with those roles.
Filtering the operators list
The presented operators list can be queried with multiple filters (in this case, username, name, status and creation date). You just need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, and the result of the query requested will be reproduced immediately in the list. It is also possible to clear all filters in the “Clear filters“ link below the “Search” button.
For other roles rather than Issuer other filters can be used, such as filtering by issuer or partner company.
How to check operator details
While consulting the operators list it is possible to check the detail of a specific operator. To do this you just need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target operator.
You will automatically navigate to the operator details page, where various details are displayed - such as the company, role, e-mail, name, creation date and operator status.
Besides consulting the details of a specific operator, is also possible to consult your own details or profile. To do this you can access the “Profile“ icon option in the left side menu or the “Profile“ option in the right top corner menu.
The difference between the profile page and the detail page of other specific operator is that in your profile page it is possible to set your credentials.
