Password Recovery
If an operator forgets it backoffice account password or if the new password is not defined within the period limit in the credentials definition link, it is possible to perform a password reset request for a new link.
Only operators with “Active” status can perform password reset requests.
Forgot password
To perform a password reset request, you can access the login page of the backoffice service and click the “Forgot password?“ hyperlink under the “Login” button.
You will automatically navigate to the forgot password page, where you need to define your username (i.e e-mail address).
After successfully perform the password reset request for the inserted e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with a link to define new credentials.
