Operators Management

The backoffice service enables operators listing through the visualization of an operators table with filtering and paging capabilities, data consulting and editing of details and status, and credentials redefinition.

Given the supported four roles, the operators list is divided into four individual lists.

  • Admin - manages all system info

  • Partner - manages own partner company related issuer companies information

  • Issuer - manages own issuer company and related audit accesses

  • Auditor - consults operation information related to the issuer company that has access to

How to consult operators

Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “Operators > <role>” option, where <role> is one of the sub-options shown after clicking the “Operators” option.

The sub-options presented in the “Operators” dropdown change according to the role of the current operator. In this case, the image above is from the perspective of an Issuer operator, which can only consult operators with the same role or managed or lower role (i.e Auditor). If it was an operator with a higher role, such as a Partner or Administrator, the sub-options could include the operators list with those roles.

Filtering the operators list

The operators list displayed can be filtered by username, name, status, and creation date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.

Partner and Administrator operators can also filter by issuer or partner company.

How to check operator details

While consulting the operators list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific operator. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target operator.
