System Configurations
The backoffice service enables certificate authorities listing through the visualization of a certificate authorities table with filtering and paging capabilities, data consulting and editing of CAs details and status, and system configurations customization.
These functionalities are only available for Administrator operators.
How to consult certificate authorities
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “System Configurations > Certificate Authorities” option on the left side menu.
Filtering the certificate authorities list
The certificate authorities list displayed can be filtered by name, type, and registration date. To do this, you need to enter the required input and press the “Search” button, next the result of the requested query will be displayed on the table. It is also possible to clear all filters with the “Clear filters“ hyperlink below the “Search” button.
How to check certificate authority details
While consulting the certificate authorities list, it is possible to check the detail of a specific certificate authority. To do this, you need to press the eye icon on the “Actions” column of the target certificate.
You will automatically navigate to the certificate authority details page, where two groups of details are displayed:
General certificate authority informations.
Details about the remote service responsible for executing digital signatures.
How to consult system visual templates
Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “System Configurations > Visual Templates” option on the left side menu.
In this system visual templates page, there are three types of templates displayed:
Portal layout: default CSS and logo for portal client.
E-mail communications: default e-mail templates for system communications.
Digital Signature: default text template for visual signature information.

Once you have logged in in the backoffice service with your operator account, access “System Configurations > General Configurations” option on the left side menu.
