System Customization
Besides client services configurations customization, it is also possible to customize the visual templates used for communications and general configurations of the system itself.
Customize system visual templates
To customize the visual communication templates, you need to access “System Configurations > Visual Templates“ option and press the pencil icon on the “Actions” column of the target template to customize its description and content (i.e, a file).
E-mail communications and digital signatures templates also support subject and signature value update, respectively. However, digital signatures templates don’t support content file update.
Download visual templates
While on visual templates list, you can download the configured visual templates. To do this, you need to press the download icon of the target template.
Digital signatures templates cannot be download since they haven’t any content file associated.
Customize for specific language
It is also possible to switch the language of the templates displayed and edit the templates for that language. To do this, you can switch between the available languages in the select box on top of the list.
Customize system general configurations
To customize the general configurations, you need to access “System Configurations > General Configurations“ option and press the pencil icon on the “Actions” column of the target template to customize its description and value.
Some configurations have value editing disabled because their value is already set to true (i.e enabled).
