Organizational Roles
The Sign'Stash is comprised of a set of core concepts, which are outlined below:
Partner company: this type of organization is responsible for managing the lifecycle of the issuer companies that are related to it. Partner companies can be:
Integrator: only integrates Sign’Stash with it’s software solution, enabling his clients to use Sign’Stash signing habilities in the partner software. The issuer clients consumptions and billing is managed directly by Multicert.
Reseller: in addition to the integrator capabilities, the reseller can also directly sell the signing consumption to its end clients. Thus, the issuer clients consumptions and billing are directly managed by the reseller, and Multicert will only directly bill the reseller for all the registered consumptions made by its issuer companies.
Issuer company: this represents an organization that wishes to sign documents with its remote digital certificates. The issuer company will always be related to a partner company or directly to Multicert.
Another important concept is of the client service that represents the service of the issuer company that will consume the Sign’Stash APIs to send documents to be signed. A given issuer company can have multiple client services related to it, with each one having an independent set of credentials and reporting capabilities.
